My boyfriend went in and politely asked where the restroom was ? The lady with the short hair working there at 8:00 pm on 2/8/18 was SO rude and short with her attitude. She told him “ I just mopped it “ He said “ So I can’t use it ?” She just turned and walked away . Obviously she didn’t want him too. She had no clue if he had a medical emergency or a disability. And didn’t care. She just didn’t want him to walk on her floor. Sad how terrible customer service is now a days. We will never go back there . I’ll pass this experience to my friends and family. So disappointed. We were loyal customers to this establishment and chain. Hopefully awareness of this situation will not only change her attitude, maybe corporate policies will be reviewed and better enforced . We’ll spend our money somewhere else. Shame
